What type of marble do you use? Is it natural?
We primarily use natural marble, including varieties such as Carrara White, Egyptian Beige, Sunset Red, Sesame White, Bluestone, and Granite. We support customization with client-specified stone materials. Natural stone features unique natural textures, making each piece one-of-a-kind.
Can you customize based on drawings or photos?
Yes. We support custom orders from drawings, sample replication, 3D modeling, and detailed design development. We can create figures, animals, fountains, railings, pavilions, and reliefs according to your specifications.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Ready-made sculptures typically start from 1 piece. Custom sculptures generally have a 1-piece minimum order, depending on size and complexity of craftsmanship.
Is it hand-carved or machine-carved?
We use a combination of machine rough carving and manual finishing. Large sculptures often use CNC shaping, while details like faces, clothing folds, and hair are hand-polished by master craftsmen. We also offer fully hand-carved premium customization upon request.
What surface treatment options are available?
Common finishes include polished, matte, and antique aging treatments.
Do you support painting, aging, or gilding?
Yes, we support: painting, antique aging, bronze aging, gold leaf/gilding, and waterproof weather-resistant outdoor painting.
Why do prices vary so much?
Factors affecting price include: stone variety and grade, size, design complexity, carving detail level, surface treatment, quantity, and packaging requirements.
Can you provide discounted pricing?
Bulk purchases, long-term partnerships, and engineering projects may qualify for discounts. Final pricing will be provided in the formal quotation.
How do you ensure safe transportation?
Fumigated solid wood crates + moisture-proof film + foam padding + steel frame reinforcement, suitable for sea freight and long-distance land transportation.
What are the delivery timeframes?
Ready stock: 1-7 days shipping. Standard sculptures: 7-25 days. Custom sculptures: 10-45 days. Complex large pieces/major projects may take 30-60 days, as specified in contract.
Can you ship internationally? What trade terms do you support?
Yes, we have extensive experience in international trade and support EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP terms. We can assist with customs clearance, inspection, container loading, and bill of lading documentation.
How are sculptures installed? Do you provide installation drawings?
Small decorative pieces can be placed directly. For large sculptures/fountains/railings, we provide installation diagrams, embedded parts, and foundation recommendations. For major projects, we can send craftsmen on-site (additional fees apply).
What if there's shipping damage?
We photograph and inspect all items before shipping. Each sculpture is covered by full insurance. If logistics causes damage, provide photos/videos of the damage, and we will file an insurance claim and arrange replacement or repair as requested.
Is there a quality guarantee?
All products undergo quality inspection before shipping to ensure no obvious cracks or damage. Natural stone textures and variations are not covered under warranty.
